For refund of your ticket(s) purchased online by credit card, you can contact the nearest Vietnam Airlines Ticketing office or email the completed Refund Request form to refund_online@vietnamair.com.vn from your registered email address. The refund will be credited directly to the Credit Card that was used to purchase the tickets online.
For ticket change including rebook, reroute, you need to contact the nearest Vietnam Airlines Ticketing office and we will arrange it for you
